The man with toupee is Rodolfo Chikilicuatre, our OFFICIAL spanish singer in an European Song Contest, Eurovision. See his hilarious song [link]
It's a really weird song but everyone in Spain was able to sign it XDDD, Really.
He didn't won the contest but did a great job. the fact is that he's only an actor, not a singer.
